J. PLANK (Jeff Plankenhorn) / Cammy Kurtzman

J. Plank (Jeff Plankenhorn) is a road-tested singer, songwriter, and
slide guitarist forged in the Texas music world, with deep musical ties
to Ray Wylie Hubbard, Ruthie Foster, and others. His sound runs on
soulful songs, deep groove, and the unmistakable voice of “The Plank,”
the custom lap steel he designed himself. After years on the road across
North America, Europe, and Japan, his latest work moves from the
stripped-down intimacy of The Bend to a roots-rock record cut live in
the Netherlands with The Southern Aces.

Cammy Kurtzman is a bassist, composer, and singer-songwriter from the San Francisco Bay Area. She has written scores for video games and film, plays in multiple bands across a variety of genres, and has released an EP called “On Autopilot” which combines indie rock influence with a strong pop sensibility.
