The metered spaces on Pico are FREE after 6:00 PM and on Sundays. This includes a few metered spaces north and south on each residential street.
All residential streets to the north and south of Pico are for permit parking only, seven nights a week.
There is parking available in the lot behind U.S. Bank after 6:00 PM, seven nights a week. Park at your own risk.
