The Action Controlled Neck was introduced this year with the Gold Labels Collection and now we are going to implement this fantastic design to our Standard and Builder’s Edition Collection. The ability to control neck angle without taking the strings/neck off is too good not to share with our other models. It also adds more girth to the neck joint with the long tenon that add to the warmth and depth of the guitar tone.
We have been developing this new pickup for the past five years and have been working with artist and sound engineer to introduce our newest pickup for our guitars. We have put the preamp in a shielded tube underneath the power supply and shifted the weight to the back of the guitar. The three knobs are gone! The controls have been moved to the upper part of the sound hole and have Volume and Tone controls, but also a Mid-range sweep. This will contour the mid-range to dial in your perfect tone. I love this new pickup and it will allow many players to now plug and play their new guitar. Here is a short overview of how the Claria pickup works.
