Val McCallum, renowned guitarist, singer, songwriter and studio musician, will be playing songs from his upcoming release “As If We Didn’t Know” as well as songs from his three previous records “At the End of the Day,” “Beau Bow De Lune” and “Chateauguay.”
Val, who got his start recording for the legendary Harry Nilsson at age 18, has spent more than 30 years of working with such artists as Jackson Browne, Randy Newman, Lucinda Williams, The Wallflowers, Bonnie Raitt, and countless others.
Some people confuse him as Beau, the lead guitarist in the band Jackshit. We can’t get a straight answer from him on that front.
Joining will be session ace Michael Landau on guitar and his friends from The Wallflowers Mark Stepro on drums and Whynot Jansveld on bass.
